Return and Refund Policy
Returns and Exchanges:
Due to the high cost of shipping, we do not accept returns or exchanges for our planters. Please be sure to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Damages and Issues:
We take great care in packaging and shipping your order, but accidents can happen. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue.
To initiate a return or refund for damaged or defective products, please provide:
- Clear photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the shipping box it arrived in, showing any external damage
We will review the photos and either issue a refund or send you a replacement item if it is deemed necessary.
Important:
- Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to report any damage or defects.
- Any claims made after 14 days cannot be processed.
Refund Process:
Once we have received and inspected the returned or damaged item, we will notify you of whether your refund has been approved. If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
