Processing Time:
All of our planters are handcrafted with love and care, which means processing times may vary. Once you place an order, please allow 5-7 business days for us to create and pack your item. During busy periods or product launches, processing times may take slightly longer, and we will notify you if there are any delays.

Shipping Method:
We ship all orders through UPS (or another trusted carrier). Once your order is packed, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.

Domestic Shipping (United States):

  • Free shipping on all U.S. orders.
  • Most orders will arrive within 3-7 business days, depending on your location. Please note that shipping times are estimates and can vary based on factors like weather or carrier delays.

International Shipping:
We currently offer shipping to select countries. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and delivery times can take 1-3 weeks, depending on your location and customs processing.

Shipping Costs:

  • U.S. Orders: Free standard shipping on all orders.
  • International Orders: Shipping costs vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Tracking Your Order:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order’s progress directly on the carrier’s website.

Address Issues:
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to reship the package.

Delivery Delays:
While we do everything we can to ensure your order arrives on time, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will work with you to either issue a replacement or provide a full refund. You may be required to provide photos of the damaged item and packaging to help us address the issue.
